Job Description
We're look for a dedicated, personable, and efficient Server to join our dynamic team. As a server, you'll act as the face of our restaurant and a primary point of contact for our guests. A successful candidate is able to deliver exceptional service, and ensure that our customers enjoy a positive dining experience with us.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcomed and valued.
- Accurately take and process orders, paying close attention to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations, and effectively upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- Promptly deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy of order and presentation standards.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly with a positive attitude.
- Efficiently handle transactions and process payments, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server is preferred, but not a prerequisite as training will be provided.
- Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Must be able to work on Saturday's and Sunday's
