Hiring for Material Handler (Stand-Up Forklift)

Location: Anoka/Dayton, MN

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime required, including one scheduled Saturday per month

What You'll Do

• Operate a stand-up forklift (Crown preferred) for most of your shift
• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipment
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate shipments
• Use computers and work orders to track inventory and orders
• Assist with pushing/pulling pallets and handling materials
• Conduct equipment safety checks and inspections
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of stand-up forklift experience
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or material handling
• Ability to lift, move, and manage heavy materials
• Comfortable using computers for work orders and inventory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on your feet and wear steel-toe boots
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
