What We Offer * Pay based on experience (Starting at $25/hr, experience must be listed on resume) * Year-round, steady work * Company-provided vehicle during work hours * Tools and equipment provided * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * PTO & Sick Time * Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts * Opportunities for advancement with a growing company Job Responsibilities * Service and repair residential garage doors and openers * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently * Measure, cut, and adjust materials accurately * Ensure doors and openers are properly aligned, balanced, and safe * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site * Safely operate and care for a company-provided truck and tools * Communicate clearly with customers and team members Required Qualifications * High school diploma required * Valid NYS driver's license required * Minimum 2 years of garage door service experience at a garage door company required * Commercial garage door service experience strongly preferred * Proven ability to service doors, springs, cables, tracks, and operators * Comfortable lifting heavy materials overhead * Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Professional customer service skills * Reliable transportation to our Hamburg, NY office Applicants without prior garage door service experience will not be considered.
