Start Date: 07-10-2024 Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search End Date: Ongoing Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes Admissions Required? No Are temporary privileges available?: No Is Hospital Stroke Certified? No Patients Per Shift: 10-12 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30- 60 days Oncology experience preferred, EPIC fluent Outpatient clinic but connected to the hospital and chemotherapy center which is the reason privileges are required. Full time need, should be M-F 8-5 for the initial request and we can adjust OT will need to be approved M-F Duties included: Chemo clearance and routine follow ups, manage care, scans, keeping up with tasks/inbox, communication with team etc
