Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer dialysis treatments to patients following established clinical guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapy during treatment sessions.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatment details, and any adverse reactions accurately in the electronic medical record.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle adjustments.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid NY State RN license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 1 year of dialysis experience, with preference for acute and outpatient settings.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with charting tools, especially EPIC.
  
  
• 
  Be capable of floating to all other dialysis locations and adaptable to changing schedules.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with travel regulations, including RTO restrictions and travel compliance standards.
  
  
• 
  Have proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
