Job Opportunity Pay Range: $19.36 - $21.36/hr This position qualifies for the Loyalty Incentive Program bonus paid quarterly in the amount of $2 per hour worked not including PTO or holiday pay. In compliance with Hawaii pay transparency expectations, the posted range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Cargo Handling: Safely handle various types of cargo, including hazardous materials, perishable goods, and oversized items, while following proper loading/unloading procedures. ULD Management: Inspect and prepare ULDs for trans-loading, ensuring they are in good condition and meet all safety standards before use. Documentation: Accurately complete required documentation for trans-loading operations, including inventory counts, condition reports, and regulatory compliance paperwork. Compliance and Safety: Follow all safety protocols and company policies related to cargo handling, equipment operation, and hazardous materials. Communication: Coordinate with other team members, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely trans-loading of freight. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during trans-loading operations, such as damaged cargo or equipment malfunctions. Qualifications Able to multi-task and work effectively under a minimum level of supervision in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills. Contribute to a safe working environment. Ability to follow company policies and procedures. Ability to stand/walk for designated work hours. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Demonstrate a consistent capability of working cooperatively with others in a team environment. Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance. Available to work evenings and weekends. Available to work extended hours as needed. Must be friendly and helpful with a professional disposition. Be able to take direction from leads, warehouse supervisor, and managers. Must pass drug screening and background checks, which include employer, customer, and/or SIDA background checks Must have the legal right to work in the United States Physical Requirements The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds will be done using team lift.
