Warehouse Equipment Operator
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude while working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit Down Forklift safely and efficiently
- Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload materials while following company safety standards
- Accurately complete picking and inventory tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Conduct basic equipment inspections before use and report any issues
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit Down Forklift (all three required)
- Ability to work at heights while operating warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to receive and apply feedback
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
