Eligibility Assistance Supervisor Department: FQHC Eligibility Assistance Employment Type: Full Time Location: Any Compass Location Compensation: $25.10 / hour Description Lead a team that helps individuals and families access the healthcare coverage and resources they need to thrive. The Eligibility Assistance Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and support for the eligibility assistance team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming, culturally responsive experience for the communities we serve. This role partners closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to support access to care and advance our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support Eligibility Specialists and other assigned staff Promote a positive, customer-focused, and culturally responsive service environment Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with organizational and funding requirements Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development activities Collaborate with internal departments to support insurance screening and referral processes for uninsured patients Oversee reporting, documentation, and program tracking related to eligibility and enrollment activities Support adherence to program budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards Manage employee timecards, performance development processes, and progressive discipline procedures as needed Assist with departmental strategic goals and other duties as assigned Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees Completes performance development/AIM process Time card management – manages time sheets Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
