Required Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD, DO)
• Accredited Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Residency training
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with American Board Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
