Technician - Test & Launch Ops (Instrumentation and Controls)

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Passion for our mission and vision is required. Position Specific Details: Shift: Rotation 8 Days On / 6 Days Off - 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM CST Location: Launch Site One, Van Horn TX. Relocation: Available Responsibilities include but are not limited to: As part of a diverse and hardworking team of Integration Technicians, you will be responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, and operation of instrumentation and controls systems used in rocket engine testing. You will support sensor calibrations, perform fabrication, installation, and checkout of wire harnesses, flight hardware, and instrumentation systems. You will also need to have a good understanding of safely procedures associated with working with hazardous chemicals and high-pressure systems. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls, Avionics, rocket/jet engine testing or similar field Ability to closely follow electrical schematics, diagrams, and P&ID Perform mate/de-mate, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing of harnesses and electronic components Familiar with test, flight, safety, and proper handling of critical hardware Demonstrated #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Origin
