Restaurant Department Manager — Guest Experience & Team Growth

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over these matters. Responsibilities Managers lead each shift, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Responsibilities vary by department: Guest Service Department Manager : Oversee crew and managers to deliver excellent customer service, implement sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service. Kitchen Department Manager : Ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager : Handle hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate staff throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
