Store Manager

We are seeking a strong Store Manager to lead our Heav'nly team on Broadway Road in Dracut! Heav'nly Donuts first started in 1975 in Methuen and has grown to 16 stores in the area. We pride ourselves in serving the best quality donuts, pastries and coffee around. Our Store Manager needs to be a leader, a teacher, an accountant, a baker, a coach and a cheerleader all in one! Responsibilities Grow a successful business using your own individual management style. Hire, train and schedule all staff. Serve customers in a friendly manner. Our managers are hands‑on and work the floor during morning hours leading the rest of the team. Create a positive and friendly environment for customers and co‑workers. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Ensure all orders with vendors are placed. Effectively control all food costs. Communicate effectively with your team. Give feedback. Have patience. Be a coach. Be involved with the community. Be the Heav'nly ambassador in the Town of Dracut. Have fun with the job!
