As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Adventist Mental Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse demographic of patients from various backgrounds. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid LMFT license in the state of California. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. \n
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques, particularly for substance use and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients towards positive change. \n

- Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR). \n
- Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling or trauma-informed care would be considered a significant asset. \n
