First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Real estate license required or actively working toward obtaining one.

• Collaborate with experienced agents to refine your sales strategies and enhance client interactions.
• Utilize company-provided tools and scripts to effectively communicate value and build trust with clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Follow up diligently with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into transactions.

• Real Estate License.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.

• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.

• Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn, ensuring you can guide clients confidently.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, keeping your workflow smooth.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to different team dynamics and client needs.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and lead management, enhancing your productivity.
