Responsibilities: • • Following up with seller leads • Conducting seller consultations • Preparing comparative market analyses • Meeting with homeowners • Presenting listing strategies • Pricing properties appropriately • Preparing and presenting listing agreements • Marketing and selling homes • Negotiating offers • Managing sellers throughout the transaction • Maintaining consistent communication with clients • Following the team's lead follow-up and CRM systems • Developing referral and repeat business Qualifications: The ideal candidate is: • A licensed Virginia real estate agent • Confident communicating with homeowners • Comfortable asking for the appointment and the business • Highly responsive • Organized and detail-oriented • Competitive and motivated • Coachable • Professional and client-focused • Willing to follow a proven process We're especially interested in agents who want to specialize in listings and grow their production. Compensation: $140,000+ at plan commission
