Retail Sales Lead & Team Coach

LOFT at KnitWell Group in Kent, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and guide associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as acting manager when needed. Bring 6 months of retail sales experience and (preferred) prior management experience, plus tech proficiency and effective coaching.
