Customer Service Representative
Waste Connections Eastern Region
We are looking for a Customer ServiceRepresentative(CSR) for our office in San Antonio,Texas . The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns andworking to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5PM.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
Type 40+ wpm
Microsoft Officeexperience.
Experience handling high call volumes.
Bilingual Spanishpreferred
