We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and expand relationships with government clients, ensuring the delivery of top-notch staffing solutions and driving contract performance within the public sector. This role involves overseeing full-cycle recruitment operations, client engagement, and workforce compliance, all while adhering to government regulations and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placement tracking.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Prepare and deliver performance reports, including workforce metrics and billing summaries.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or recruitment account management.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and workforce planning.
Experience with Beeline VMS.
Working knowledge of ACA, FLSA, and general employment compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting federal, state, county, or municipal government agencies.

Preferences

Demonstrated experience managing government, public sector, or highly regulated client accounts.
Experience overseeing safety-sensitive or CDL-regulated workforce programs.
Background in high-volume or multi-department staffing programs.
Advanced proficiency in workforce reporting and data analysis tools.
