The General Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of the local operating company/brand(s). Responsible to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and lead operating company activities and functions to achieve the revenue and profitability goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus, leveraging the P3 brand, and driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment.

Job Functions and Duties (other duties may be assigned)

• Full sales, support and operational responsibility for the entire center(s). 
• Design, implement and execute annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results.
• Provide the overall vision and strategy to the greater team and develop a high performing team of engaged, and motivated employees and a spirit of interdependent, cross functional collaboration.
• Consistently administer company policies, processes and procedures throughout the center(s) 
• Monitoring and maintaining job satisfaction and development plans among personnel by completing annual performance evaluations and salary reviews in a thorough and timely manner. 
• Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and other reports in addition to monitoring the timely flow of paperwork and tasks necessary to the center. 
• Recruiting, selecting, and training all employees. 
• Proactive analysis of data to identify trends and issues. Quickly implement corrective actions plans.
• Continuous improvement and optimization of the center to provide quality services, complete tasks, and otherwise execute in an efficient manner. 
• Maintaining a working knowledge of competitors, developing innovations to maintain market lead, and sharing best practices with other P3 Leaders. 
• Partnering with local management and personnel to maintain best practices for safety and sales-generation in the field. 
• Some travel with occasional overnight stays.
• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekend as required. 

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Responsible for performance management of center management and staff.
• Directly supervises field and office personnel, as assigned.
• Carries out management and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Plans, assigns and directs work of staff.
• Manages performance, rewards and discipline of employees

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a supporting and safe workplace including monitoring and management of P3 safety programs.
• Conduct information and training sessions (safety talks, staff meeting, Tech training, Installer Training) as prescribed by the company program(s) or procedure(s).
• Ensure all safety and health training, alerts, inspections and other requirements are in compliance.
• Correct or provide the resources to correct substandard acts or conditions that are identified by a subordinate or personally.
• Conduct Accident/ Incident Investigations as prescribed by P3 program(s) or procedure(s)

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years leading teams servicing B2C & B2B customer markets 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives. 
• Five (5) years related experience and/or training or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in operation processes associated with the installation and/or service of Plumbing, HVAC systems, and turnkey projects.Leadership, Language, Reasoning, Mathematical Skills

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills. (Oral and written) 
• Ability to self-start and motivate a group of individuals to act as team towards a common goal.
• Analyze cost and forecast data to ensure alignment with the P3 goals and objectives. 
• Build a team culture by recruiting, motivating and training the staff. 
• Review and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment. 
• Demonstrated proficiency with multi-tasking alongside time management skills and the ability to prioritize and plan.
• Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail. 
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, processes and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and other employees.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• Valid driver's license
• Plumbing License preferred or specific trade License for business
