The role is for a Territory Rep – Pharmaceutical, responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products and services to physicians and other healthcare professionals within the assigned geography. Responsibilities Effectively promote and educate physicians on the use of products through one‑on‑one meetings, group presentations, and approved promotional activities. Work primarily in the field each week, performing call planning, customer follow‑up, preparing presentations, making appointments, and generating reports. Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations. Execute company‑approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities. Support targeted customers using approved resources, sales materials, and promotional initiatives as identified by Sales Management. Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across franchises and alliance partners, and manage company equipment and materials per compliance guidelines. Ensure optimal territory sales strategy execution using annual and regional business plans and call activity reports. Accurately report and submit sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports within defined deadlines. Qualifications Some sales experience or sales abilities. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proactive, ownership mindset, and problem‑solving ability. Analytical, business acumen, motivational and persuasion skills. Team orientation and strong sales influence within territory. Proven record of sustained high sales performance and achievement.
