Hunton Services is seeking experienced Heavy Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team in the Greater Houston, TX area. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong customer relationships, communicate effectively, and proactively resolve conflicts. Responsibilities Service, repair, startup, and installation of reciprocating, rotary, and centrifugal chillers of all tonnages. Service and retrofit HVAC building ancillary equipment and controllers. Service and troubleshoot building systems. Service and maintain cooling tower systems. Perform maintenance inspections as per scope. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience servicing Trane and other OEM equipment. Experience with boilers and variable frequency drives is a plus. Strong knowledge of systems (airside, waterside, controls). Excellent communication and organizational skills. EPA refrigerant certification. Flexible schedule; overtime is common. Technical certifications and factory training are advantageous. Ability to build trusted relationships with customers. Compliance with Hunton Safety Standards, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in past 3 years), pass background check and drug test.
