Guide clients through the process of choosing coverage that protects what matters most to them. Help existing policyholders review their current plans and make adjustments as their life circumstances change. Build and maintain meaningful connections with the people in our community. Participate in local office activities and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for your colleagues. Manage daily administrative tasks related to policy updates and client communication. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Requirements Comfortable engaging with people in person and over the phone throughout the day. Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital record-keeping. Residency within or near Pearland, Texas. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
