Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Combination of 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), varying days of the week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care across multiple units in the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient information accurately in the PCC system
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
• Adapt to varying shift lengths and unit assignments with flexibility

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Vermont
• Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) system
• At least some prior LPN experience preferred
• BLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in long-term care and skilled nursing
• Ability to work flexibly across different units and patient populations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
