Radiology - CT Tech

CT Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing CT scans on patients of all age groups, including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role requires a focus on patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging procedures, ensuring quality images are captured.
• Prepare patients for imaging by explaining procedures and answering any questions.
• Administer contrast media as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
