Healthcare Operations Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities to ensure efficient and high-quality patient services.
- Supervise administrative and clinical support teams while promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across departments.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and local leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or medical office management.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and operational best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
