Healthcare Operations Manager

Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across departments. Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior leadership. Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and local leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or medical office management. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and operational best practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
