Travel Registered Nurse PCU Job

Overview Registered Nurse, PCU — Clarkston, Washington. Travel assignment in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting. Start date 09/21/2026 for a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a day shift. Weekly pay ranges from $2,192 to $2,358. This role requires an RN who can provide care in the PCU/Med-Surg/Telemetry environment and flex to support across departments as needed. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,192–$2,358 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: Long-term care (LTC) nursing home Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in PCU/Telemetry/Med-Surg areas; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Identify patient and family education needs and deliver education using appropriate modalities. Ensure patient safety with preventive measures, follow isolation and infection control procedures, and document care and safety measures. Operate and troubleshoot common clinical equipment; access manuals as needed and follow procedures for repairs. Maintain complete, accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses; process physician orders promptly; perform 24-hour order checks as applicable. Communicate clearly with the care team and other departments; provide thorough change-of-shift reports; report critical lab values promptly; restock and check emergency carts and supplies. Requirements Active Washington RN license Experience in MSU/PCU, Telemetry, or Medical‑Surgical areas; ability to float to other departments as needed Comfortable working in a long-term care setting with geriatric patients Strong documentation, communication, and shift-hand-off skills Graduate of an approved RN program Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours per week 13‑week assignment Travel RN assignment with employer support Start date: 09/21/2026 Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
