Sinai Residences is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to oversee its Health Center, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Executive Director will be a transformational, highly visible leader who partners with an experienced leadership team to enhance clinical excellence, strengthen employee engagement, elevate the resident experience, and lead key strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will build meaningful relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional resident service.

The successful candidate will hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Florida Nursing Home Administrator license and possess progressive executive leadership experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility, Life Plan Community, or similar healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, financial and operational management, developing high-performing teams, and driving quality improvement.
