Licensed Practical Nurse

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Urology team. In this outpatient role, you’ll deliver patient-centered care by supporting urologists with exams, procedures, and treatments while ensuring a smooth, efficient clinic flow. Responsibilities include performing patient intake and assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, managing catheters and urologic supplies, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. You’ll educate patients on conditions, procedures, and home care, coordinate follow-up, and uphold rigorous infection-control and safety standards. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and support staff in a learning-focused, quality-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced specialty setting.
