Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.15/hour

What You'll Do

• Sterilize and prepare surgical instruments and equipment to adhere to safety standards
• Operate sterilization machinery including sterilizers, Sterrad, and ultrasonic systems
• Maintain proper documentation within the CensiTrac system
• Follow protocols for infection control and safety compliance
• Assist in inventory management of surgical supplies
• Support surgical teams by ensuring availability of sterile instruments during procedures

What You Need

• Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
• At least 3 years of hospital sterile processing experience (Level I or II)
• Experience with CensiTrac system and specialized equipment (Sterrad, Sterilizer, Ultrasonic devices)
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to work consistently and reliably in a fast-paced environment
