- Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and equipment
- Supervise subcontractors and project team members
- Inspect job sites for quality, scope, safety, and timeline compliance
- Resolve project issues and provide daily status updates
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and Rainbow Restoration standards
- Extensive reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling experience
- Proven leadership and project-management skills
- Strong organization, planning, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and conflicts
- Xactimate/XactAnalysis knowledge is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, clean background check, and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces
