Healthcare Systems Program Manager

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in IT project management and enterprise software delivery.

• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Project for tracking complex hybrid and agile workflows.

• Experience with formulating RFPs, RFQs, and enterprise contract management documentation.

• Experience in managing public-sector project funding requests and advanced planning documents.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead cross-functional system implementations.

• Experience in utilizing Microsoft SharePoint for maintaining extensive technical system documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with diverse technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT initiatives utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Author and negotiate comprehensive technical RFPs, RFQs, and vendor contracts for system solutions.

• Formulate detailed business cases and secure extensive financial funding for enterprise technical projects.

• Create data flow diagrams and flow charts to clearly document software architectures and program layouts.

• Manage technical scope changes and track overarching project risks through formal change advisory boards.

• Coordinate technical resource allocations across business analysis, quality assurance, and software development teams.

• Generate weekly project status reports to communicate milestone progress and targeted risk mitigation strategies.
