Support client reviews by preparing documentation, gathering key information, and ensuring thorough, meaningful meetings. Address client inquiries and service requests with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. Manage client transactions, including RMDs, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
