Job Overview:

The Franchise & Regional Success Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, client experience, and business performance across both The Only Facial’s corporate and franchise locations.

This role has direct operational leadership responsibility for assigned corporate stores and serves as a coach, consultant, and brand partner to franchise owners and their teams. The role works closely with Store Managers, franchise owners, and corporate leadership to ensure consistent execution of The Only Facial standards and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Store Leadership

• Provide direct leadership and accountability for assigned corporate locations.
• Coach and develop Store Managers to lead, develop, and retain high-performing aestheticians.
• Drive store performance through KPI review, revenue growth, utilization, rebooking, productivity, and client retention.
• Support hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and leadership development.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational policies, procedures, service standards, and the “WOW Experience.”
• Conduct regular store visits, observations, and operational audits.
• Partner with Store Managers to address performance, staffing, client experience, and operational challenges.
• Oversee regional staffing strategies, including scheduling, staffing gaps, and floater coverage.
• Monitor operational budgets, payroll processes, and other key business controls.
• Coordinate and support resolution of maintenance and equipment issues across locations.
• Support resolution of facility, equipment, and day-to-day operational issues.

Franchise Support & Success

• Serve as the primary corporate contact and trusted advisor for assigned franchise owners.
• Provide coaching and consultation on operations, business performance, team development, client experience, and brand standards.
• Support franchisees through new store openings, including operational readiness and initial on-site support.
• Conduct periodic franchise visits and brand-standard assessments.
• Review franchise KPIs and help owners identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• Reinforce The Only Facial standards while respecting franchise ownership autonomy.
• Identify training and operational needs and connect franchisees with appropriate corporate resources.
• Share best practices and successful strategies across the franchise system.
• Communicate franchise trends, challenges, and opportunities to corporate leadership.

Shared Leadership & Brand Responsibilities

• Champion The Only Facial brand standards and client experience across all locations.
• Support and reinforce corporate training initiatives, including manager development, Glow Guide, client experience, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, operational consistency, and client retention.
• Partner with corporate departments to implement company initiatives and provide the tools and resources needed by stores and franchisees.
• Monitor and assist with the resolution of client concerns and adverse experiences.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with Store Managers, franchise owners, and corporate leadership.
• Travel regularly for corporate store visits, franchise visits, new store openings, training, meetings, and company events.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit retail, wellness, or service industry management experience, including leadership of multiple locations
• Proven experience developing managers, improving operational performance, and driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of staffing, budgeting, payroll, and operational compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel frequently between assigned store locations
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and conducting in-store observations
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
