## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Wilson, NC, 27893. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and effectively. ## Responsibilities
Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
