Position Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Phone Attendant to handle incoming calls, answer client inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with clients, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist clients with inquiries, provide basic information about services, and direct calls as needed
• Schedule and confirm appointments for tax preparers and other staff members
• Handle client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update appointment schedules
• Provide clients with a positive experience, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently
• Support administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and appointment reminders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a phone attendant, customer service, or similar role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
• A positive, friendly, and patient attitude when dealing with clients
