About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10 hours Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of critical care experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Must pass ECG exam - Must be able to read and interpret strips and lethal rhythms - Must have Neuro IR experience - Proficient with IVs Description: All candidates are required to complete the ECG exam. Candidates must be able to read and interpret strips and identify lethal rhythms. Experience in Neuro Interventional Radiology is essential. Candidates must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications. Proficiency with intravenous (IV) access is required. Critical care experience is necessary for this role. Weekend coverage will be managed through on-call rotation. On-call requirements will be rotated with core staff, requiring a one-hour response time. All cases will be completed in the lab setting. Electronic Medical Record system used will be EPIC. Scrubs will be provided in maroon color. Unit orientation will last one week. Shift expectations are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend expectations include one weekend of call per month. No floating expectations are in place for this role. On-call expectations are for one to two shifts per week and one weekend per month. Holiday expectations include one major holiday and one minor holiday. Epic access is required for this position.
