Work from home call center representative

Randstad is currently hiring and looking to fill multiple Work from Home Call Center Representative positions. Please review the job details below:

Shift:

Flexibility for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00AM-7:30PM Monday-Saturday

Pay:

$21.00-$24.50/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to members, brokers, patients, and other customers through phone, chat, email, outbound calls, and case queues.
• Support Member Services inquiries, including benefits, eligibility, enrollment, plan information, premium billing, claims status, provider search, appointment scheduling, telehealth coordination, and general account questions.
• Support Broker Services inquiries, including broker and agency servicing needs, enrollment status questions, portal navigation, member issue follow-up, and escalation coordination.
• Explain healthcare and insurance concepts in clear, simple language while confirming customer understanding.
• Use available systems, knowledge resources, SOPs, and internal guidance to resolve routine inquiries at first contact whenever possible.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of high-volume customer service experience
• Healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple systems

Work from Home Equipment Requirements:

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5 or better, Windows 10 or better, 8 GB of RAM installed and 238 GB of Storage
• USB Headset to plug into the computer
• Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable
