Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide patient care within a 1:3 patient-to-nurse ratio.
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure all equipment is operational.
• Document accurately in Meditech and Mac Lab systems.
• Assist with LHC, RHC, peripherals, structural heart, and EP procedures.
• Respond to on-call duties as scheduled for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with a team of 30 staff members, including RNs and CVTs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and certification in ACLS.
• Certification in BLS.
• Proven cath lab experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Phillips and GE equipment in a cath lab setting.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts and every other weekend.
