Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce data management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings.
- Design and develop REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Build scalable solutions using Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Develop reusable Lightning components and user interfaces using LWC.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, transformation, and bulk data operations using Salesforce tools.
- Implement Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and resolve production defects.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processes.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of data migration and tools such as Data Loader.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, middleware, or third-party applications.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Experience with automated testing and Salesforce deployment tools.
