Construction Apprentice
Rising Horizons Builders is a San Bernardino–based company committed to revitalizing neighborhoods through sustainable and community-centered construction. From affordable housing to local schools, we believe every project has the power to strengthen families and communities.
We're seeking energetic and motivated apprentices to join our construction crew. You'll learn the fundamentals of carpentry, electrical systems, and site safety while contributing to projects that directly improve local neighborhoods.
Essential job functions include:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with building, repair, and installation tasks.
- Safely use hand and power tools under supervision.
- Support site clean-up, material organization, and basic measurements.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Job requirements:
- Enthusiasm to learn construction skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience required – training provided.
