Job Description Ancira RV in Boerne, TX is hiring Experienced RV Sales Professionals to join our high-performing team. This is an immediate opening for motivated, career-driven individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a competitive sales environment. Retail RV sales experience is preferred; however, experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply. You’ll be working alongside a knowledgeable, results-driven team committed to remaining a leader in the industry. Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and Mental Health Care Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401k with Employer Match Employee Discounts Responsibilities Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial inquiry to final sale Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products Maintain product knowledge of RV models, features, and financing options Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Ensure a professional, positive customer experience throughout the sales process Accurately complete sales documentation and comply with dealership policies Qualifications Previous RV or motorhome sales experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing Motivated RV Sales Professionals average earnings well over $100,000 annually.
