What do you need to be a Journeymannbsp;Carpenternbsp;with us?nbsp;

• At least 6 years of experience in all phases of construction and carpentry
• A high level of competency in rough and finish carpentry
• A high degree of precision and attention to detail
• Ability to install framing, decking, cabinets, crown and base moldings, custom doors and windows, and all other finish and trim carpentry worknbsp;
• A complete understanding of all construction techniques, as well as related code compliance
• Ability to read blueprints
• A complete set of carpentry tools
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A dependable, professional, and dedicated work ethicnbsp;nbsp;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
