We're looking for a customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator who enjoys building relationships, working with insurance companies, and helping customers through the repair process from start to finish. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) with company match after one year Ongoing industry training and professional development Full-time, stable employment What You'll Do Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service Prepare accurate repair estimates for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers Sell repair services by clearly explaining the repair process Communicate with technicians regarding repair plans and supplements Work directly with insurance companies to process supplements and approvals Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers Collect final payments and complete repair documentation Maintain accurate repair files and administrative records What We're Looking For Experience in collision repair estimating preferred Knowledge of collision repair procedures and repair methods Experience using CCC ONE and Mitchell Connect estimating software preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple repairs while maintaining accuracy Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork Why Join Pierre's Body Shop?
