ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1994 and currently lead a team of five. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the lumber sales industry before pursuing the opportunity to own my own business. My wife and I have been married for 35 years, and we're blessed with three children and four grandchildren.

Serving the community has always been important to me. I serve as an elder at my church and sit on the boards of the local Salvation Army and the Park Ridge Crisis Pregnancy Center. I believe in giving back and making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

As a Customer Service Representative with Peter Griffith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
