Logistics Supervisor

Logistics Supervisor – Space Force Range Contract Amentum is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Space Force Range Contract to oversee daily operations, scheduling of resources, and quality of logistics services. Responsibilities Supervise logistics employees in daily operations and scheduling of resources for Material Control and Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) sections. Ensure personnel are properly trained and provide guidance to ensure quality and timely service. Research part(s) availability in the Air Force Supply System and other government sources of supply. Maintain accuracy of data between supply systems, including Cost Point, MAXIMO, and Air Force systems. Support Operations and Maintenance by processing requisitions to Base Supply, including Bench Stock, Forward Supply Point (FSP), and Custodian Account/Custody Receipt Listing (CACRL) duties in Material Control. Monitor Program Funds Management Records (PFMR) balance and report to the customer when 75% expended. Ensure quality of data on Logistics Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries. Support compliance with contract requirements during government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) inspections. Recommend process improvements to logistics management. Review customer feedback with logistics management regarding deliveries, pickups, turn‑ins, repairs and shipments. Gather daily production data and compile reports to generate logistics metrics. Review Maximo activity of personnel to ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations. Monitor quality assurance findings and implement preventive and corrective actions. Provide input to the Logistics Manager on scheduling and resource de‑confliction. Monitor engineering project activities/work plans and ensure proper time charging. Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum five years of logistics/supply operations experience. One to two years of managerial experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, manuals, and established guidelines. Working knowledge of Logistics Regulations and DoD Supply System preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required. Strong customer support attitude and ability to work with multiple customers. Salary and Compensation The annual starting salary range is $85,000–$105,000, subject to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The position may be eligible for bonus or long‑term incentive awards.
