• 6A (06:00 - 18:30) 1 x 12Hrs

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room (OR) team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is deal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide operating room nursing care and unit level responsibilities
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Maintain accountability for patient safety and quality care standards

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
