We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Quality Inspector to play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do

As an Inbound Quality Inspector, you'll be a key member of the quality team, helping ensure incoming materials and components meet strict quality standards before entering production.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming parts and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Utilize precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Enter and manage inspection data using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Identify non-conforming materials and support corrective action processes
• Maintain compliance with company quality standards and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing, machining, or related environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace inspection experience highly preferred
• Experience in medical device, precision instrument, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is strongly valued
• Familiarity with quality systems and documentation practices
