Required Skills:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician license in Texas
• Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist roles or inpatient obstetric care
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle high-stakes situations with professionalism and compassion

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Prior experience working in a hospitalist setting or similar environment
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB care specialization
• Minimum of 2 years of hospitalist or obstetric clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible scheduling shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Texas medical license and DEA registration
• Willingness to travel for assignments and re-licensure support when necessary
