Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 educational support for children with disabilities in a home-based learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students achieve their academic, behavioral, and social goals while working closely with families and educational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to a student in a home setting.
• Assist with implementing educational and behavioral strategies outlined by the student's educational team.
• Encourage student engagement, independence, and skill development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Communicate professionally with families and Liberty Education Solutions staff.
• Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities, is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following educational plans and directions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances.
