We’re looking for a smiling, energetic Front Counter Attendant to be the face of our pizza place. You’ll be the first and last person our customers see—so your attitude is just as important as the pies we serve!

What You’ll Do:

· Greet & Engage: Welcome customers warmly and take orders in-person and over the phone.
· Upsell: Suggest add-ons (extra cheese, drinks, desserts) to boost sales.
· Ring Up Sales: Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
· Pack & Handoff: Box up pizzas, verify orders for accuracy, and hand them out with a smile.
· Clean & Stock: Keep the front counter, dining area, and drink station spotless. Restock napkins, cups, and utensils.
· Handle Issues: Politely resolve customer complaints or redirect them to the manager.
· Friendly, approachable personality (you enjoy talking to people!).
· Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic math skills for cash handling.
· Reliable transportation and punctuality.
· Optional: Food handler’s permit required or willing to obtain.
